Equipment

ALFA products are designed, developed, produced and marketed in the domestic and foreign markets exclusively through the distribution network of PANEL PRESS, ALFA PRESS & ALFA ENERGY, companies of the ALFA LITINAS group, based in Avlona, Attica in privately owned buildings in a building of 25 m 25 plot area 52,000 m 2. Continuous investment in production automation systems and verticalization are the areas we have focused on from the outset, thus laying an even stronger foundation for
our future course and the spread of our network around the world. The state-of-the-art industrial equipment that makes up our fully vertical unit consists of a state-of-the-art aluminum extrusion line, an aluminum paint unit in natural wood colors, three (3) electrostatic painting lines, CNC machining centers for any construction application, CNC automatic saws cutting of profiles and the production of components, CNC benders for perfectly controlled quality in arched frames as well as a complete foundry line and machine shop for the manufacture of our molds. Our technological equipment in combination with our new privately owned facilities, our large storage spaces but also our specialized and willing staff, make our products proven to be the top in the market and the service to our customers as direct and friendly as possible. . The purpose of the people who staff our companies is the continuous development and progress of the services provided to our clientele as well as the creation of quality products, always through the technological development and quality management systems that
we apply, in a constantly enriched and evolving range of products.

Important ALFA dates

PANEL PRESS was founded in 1996, giving new life to the aluminum field with the high goals it has been setting since that year.
1996: Enters the market dynamically with the production of a large series of aluminum panels.
2000: The company, knowing the great durability of aluminum over time, is a pioneer and impresses again. Produces and presents for the first time in Greece armored security doors with total aluminum cladding.
2004: Starts production & amp; available cast aluminum railings for balconies, terraces & amp; stairs, while gates and courtyards complete the wide range, as far as the aluminum railing is concerned.
2006: The ready-made arched aluminum frames are in order, which are put into production and are available covering the architectural needs for a well-designed arched window in all its forms, while the main entrance canopies and the impressive aluminum pergola come to further enrich our product range.
2007: PANEL PRESS, after its long, successful and recognized course in the aluminum industry, names all its products with the distinctive title “ALFA”, thus entering a new period of their creation, renewal and promotion. In the same year, ALFA PRESS starts selling innovative aluminum systems for sliding and opening frames, of all types, cold- thermo.
2009: Our company enters dynamically in the vertical production of aluminum components for all series. The same year begins the production of inox anodizing aluminum railings now offering a fully complete, guaranteed and modern solution for every architectural requirement whether it is balconies, stairs, residential courtyards or for outdoor applications in public and commercial spaces, hotels, restaurants.
2010: ALFA also enters the field of renewable energy sources, produces and offers with ALFA ENERGY a fully integrated solution for the support of photovoltaic (PV) frames for PV parks, tiled roofs, industrial roofs and residential roofs with the production of specially made bases from aluminum profiles.
2012: ALFA expands the range of extrusion systems it produces, introducing the new seismic glazing system and movable shading system.
2014: ALFA now produces and markets exclusively all its architectural systems aluset under the brand name ALFA.
2017: ALFA now produces and markets exclusively all recognized systems ASK screen with the ALFA brand name.

ENERGY

ALFA in 2010 enters the field of renewable energy sources, produces and offers with ALFA ENERGY a fully integrated solution for the support of photovoltaics (PV) ) frames for PV parks, tiled roofs, industrial roofs and residential roofs with the production of specially made bases from aluminum profiles. Certifications are a very important concern for the reliability of our system and are the area that ALFA focused on from the first stage of design to the last of production and marketing of the system in the domestic market but also in the foreign market. ALFA ENERGY systems have been designed and studied for their static adequacy according to Eurocode 1 (EC1, ENV 1991 2-1, 2-3,2-4), Eurocode 9 (DESIGN OF ALUMINUM STRUCTURES, DD ENV 1991 1- 1) and the current Greek Earthquake Regulation 2000 (EAK 2000), in order to fully respond to the stresses (same weight PV, wind pressure, snowfall, seismicity) and offer a choice depending on the installation area.

In addition, the ALFA ENERGY systems have been certified and approved for their static adequacy in real conditions, inside the ALFA premises, by TUV Rheinland. ALFA goes one step further in the very important part of the certifications by offering certification of ALFA ENERGY systems with a static study based on finite elements by a special team of researchers.
The production of the profiles and all the necessary components is done by a special aluminum alloy within ALFA, ensuring with the verticalization, initially the immediacy in the deliveries for any quantity but and the functionality, efficiency and quality of ALFA ENERGY support systems.
